First Time Use Guide
Day 1
The Acupressure Pillow is designed to deeply massage areas of inflammation and pain. The first day of use will be the most intense. If you find it too difficult or uncomfortable, try using the pillow in bed.
Once you have located the pain point using the pillow's cube, push yourself against it targeting the positional pain.
Using the pillow may stir up the area. This may cause sharp acute sensations such as stinging hot needles.
Where possible, use the Acupressure Pillow as much as you can. It is important not to fall asleep on it. Once you have finished the acupressure session on it, remove it from the bed.
If you are experiencing chronic pain, you may encounter a stronger reaction to your Acupressure Pillow. This may include hot needles, sharp acute and intense sensations. If this is the case, increase the frequency of use but reduce the length of time with each session.
If you are experiencing mild pain, you may encounter stinging when you use your Acupressure Pillow. Ideally, you need to increase the time and frequency of use to resolve the pain. Follow the sensations as they present.
